How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within two working days and arrive within five. Larger items — outdoor kitchens, modular sofas, dining sets over six seats — take seven to nine working days. We'll send tracking the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — anywhere on the UK mainland, free on orders over £500. Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and offshore postcodes carry a small surcharge which is shown at checkout.

Will my furniture be assembled?

White-glove installation is free on every dining set, sofa, and outdoor kitchen — the team will deliver, assemble in your garden, and take all packaging away. Smaller items (bistro sets, single chairs) come flat-packed with tools and a 5-minute build.

Can I book a specific delivery date?

Once your order is processed you'll get a link to pick a slot from the next 14 days, including Saturdays. Same-day delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our Basildon warehouse — call us before 11am to arrange.

Is your furniture suitable to leave outside year-round?

Yes. Every Haven frame is marine-grade aluminium, powder-coated and tested for a decade of UK weather. Cushions and ropes are weatherproof but we recommend bringing cushions inside or covering them when not in use — they'll last longer.

What's the warranty?

Ten years on every frame. Three years on cushion fabric and rope. Lifetime on the welds. If anything fails outside fair wear and tear, we replace it.

How do I clean my furniture?

Warm soapy water and a soft brush, twice a year. Avoid pressure washers — they damage the powder coating. Cushion covers are removable and machine-washable at 30°.

Do you offer 0% finance?

Yes — on every order over £500. We work with Klarna and PayPal Pay in 3 for instant approval, plus Novuna Personal Finance for longer terms (12, 24, or 36 months interest-free). The options appear at checkout.

Returns & refunds

What's your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for any reason — we'll collect it free of charge. Refunds land in your account within five working days of collection.

What if something arrives damaged?

Photograph it before the delivery team leaves and call us on 01268 207 681 — we'll arrange a replacement immediately, no questions. If you spot damage after they've gone, email a photo to hello@havengardenfurniture.co.uk within 48 hours.

Can I return custom configurations?

Bespoke outdoor kitchen configurations and made-to-order cushion fabrics are non-returnable unless faulty. Standard configurations follow our normal 30-day returns.
